Welcome to the Chamber for Entrepreneurship Development

The Chamber for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) is a private sector institution dedicated to enhancing business entrepreneurship opportunities. Our mission is to empower our members to capitalize on local, regional, and international business opportunities. As an established trade organization, we strive to be the umbrella body for entrepreneurs, providing a platform for growth and prosperity.

With a strong network of members and partners, CED plays a pivotal role in shaping the economic landscape of Sierra Leone. Our mission is to create a conducive environment for businesses to grow, innovate, and succeed, ultimately contributing to the country’s economic prosperity.

WHO WE ARE

CED is an umbrella organization for Entrepreneurship Development within the private sector in Sierra Leone.

The various sectors include, internal and external trade, industry, tourism, Agriculture, transport, electriciry, medical, commerce and services.

CED puts focus on advocating for appropriate economic policies and interventions that encourage a favorable business and investment climate, and working with its members/Partners to enhance their capacity to grow and run efficiently.

Most importantly CED works with other key partners and players to ensure the enabling environment for the sustainability of the private sector led growth.

The CED is coming at a time when the private sector is face with lots of economic challenges.

Set up in 2017, CED was established by Allan S. Tuboku-Metzger with the support of six other professionals the founder is a business developer and want to introduce every Sierra Leonean into entrepreneurship.
